Is this cleanser suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Our Cleansing Balm has been developed for all skin types, including sensitive and compromised skin.

Will it make my skin feel oily?

While oil-based, it won’t make your skin type oilier. Oils have been shown to pull out oil-based impurities and excess oil from skin, while retaining skin’s moisture level.

How often should I use a balm cleanser?

This can be used daily either daily AM and/or PM. If using as part of a double cleanse, use Cleansing Balm first and follow with Silk Amino Hydrating Cleanser.

How is Cleansing Balm different from Molecular Silk Amino Hydrating Cleanser?

Cleansing Balm is a more intensive, nourishing formula especially effective at melting heavy coverage and waterproof makeup while maintaining skin’s moisture.

Is this pregnancy safe?

This product is safe for use during pregnancy. We always recommend to ask your doctor prior the use.

Supercharged with active and replenishing ingredients, our cleanser transforms from a silk-soft balm on contact with dry skin to a rich, nourishing and replenishing oil for easy massage.

Massage with fingertips over your face to melt down and dislodge makeup, chemical and mineral SPFs, and daily buildup, like pollution and sweat before adding a little water to create an emulsified light-textured milk that can be rinsed off with ease, along with all impurities.

Ophthalmologically tested, it’s suitable for the eye area, allowing you to massage over gently to dissolve waterproof and long-wear mascara effortlessly.

With multiple antioxidant-rich actives, Vitamin C & Omegas Cleansing Balm is ideal for urban living, helping combat free radicals from pollution, that settle on skin during the day.

Mais quelle belle découverte! Je l’ai reçu en cadeau avec une de mes commandes… aussitôt reçu aussi essayé ; un délicieux moment de démaquillage efficace et qui ne brûle pas les yeux. Le maquillage ainsi que le solaire ont totalement disparus

Holy sh*t

I went back and forth on cleansing balms over the years. The cleansing oils were messy and not great to travel with and I did not enjoy balms in a jar. Was hoping that AOS will release one and wow, this is my favorite. It comes in a tube, just the right amount of slip, feels great, has a very enjoyable fruity smell and melts super easily - no clumps. Once you add water it turns milky and does not leave a residue but just your skin feeling calm and moisturized. Please keep this is as a regular product after black friday. In love!

Moisture cleansing balm.

It removes make up well, I really like skincare products no fragrance. It don’t make my skin dry , nice product.
